Cancellation Policy
There is a 15 minute grace period for appointments. After 10 minutes a $10 late fee is added. After 15 minutes the appointment will be cancelled. You may reschedule with same deposit once. For second time rescheduling you must pay a new deposit.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. To avoid this fee, please ensure that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
